I bought a song dru-820a dvd dl burner just recently. When I try to install the nero software that comes with it, I get a "D:\ is not a valid Win32 application" error. It fails to read most discs whether they be games, movies, or software. So I returned it, got another burner of the same model, and I still have the same problem. Any suggestions? Thanks.
