Sony DW-D22A Burn Blu Ray????

    So ok i was fooling around with nero and wanted to test some fuji discs i just bought and i by mistake clicked on Nero Info Tool. It came up with all the information and what not and when looking at my Sony drive under "Supported Write Features" it says BD-R with a check next to it and BD-RE with a check next to it. I have firmware BYS3 on it which i do believe to be the newest. I am just shocked that it can burn Blu Ray but i would rather confirm this before i do anything dumb.

    No that drive can not write blu-ray disks.

    Why is it then that Nero says that it can. I am curious about that. Is it something with the firmware or the version or Nero that i am running.

    It might be Nero its self. I have Easy Media Creator 9 and it can burn blu-ray disks.
