Sony HD Handycam question

    Hello everyone,
    I'm looking to buy the Sony HDR_HC1 Handycam and am curious about something. When connecting it to my pc and doing video editing, will I be able to keep the high definition quality of the video? or will I need special video editing software?

    You will need an editing program that is able to handle and export HD video. Check the specs of the editing prorgam of your choice.
