Sony K6800P

    I have a new Sony K6800P receiver and the frt right and left channel aren't working. Everything appears to be connected correctly but just won't product sound. Any suggestions or is there a Sony tech site that could help?

    Not familiar with that particual model, but does it have a A and B setting for you left and right speakers? If it does, make sure your speaker wires are connected to the A terminals and the A speaker settings on you reciever are on.
