i was playing some music pretty loud today when all of a sudden there was a few crackles and a flash and the reciever went into protect mode. i now realise that it has perhaps overheated and blown something. i took it apart and there is a bank of transistors attached to a large heatsink i can see that one of these is definatly blown. would i just need to change this transistor or is it likely some other things have blown also ie caps and resistors what is the possibility of just changing the cap and all being fine or will i cause more damage if there are othere blown components.

thanks for any help in advance
