Sony str-dh700 or Yamaha rx-v465

    I have figured out that there are no inexpensive amplifiers w/hdmi (w/full implementation) which also have speaker output) Getting that out of the way puts me back to receivers. From what I can tell the sony str-dh700 or the Yamaha rx-v465 may be the best choices but which? I was also considering the onkyo tx-sr606 but the others are newer (more codecs, better conversion, etc. (I think))

    Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.

    I guess I should have added that I have speakers and I am going to build a pc to hook up to the receiver. I figure the cost of the pc is going to be somewhere between 200 and 300 dollars and will include a blu ray dvd, regular dvd, etc. Can't decide if I want to put it into a case or not.
