im new to the sony vegas scene, i need some tuts on how to do EVERYTHING with it, specifically i would like to cover up the background and put a new background (pic or video) behind myself, any one know any good guides? thanks -tripplite

Why do you say that ? I've never seen this one beyond the free introductory video's, so hard to judge it, but a while back I had some A+ training materials from them and it looked pretty good. Their stuff sure gets "shared" a lot in Bit Torrent - Can't be that bad ?! Have you looked at the official Sony manuals? http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/download/manuals/vegasfamily - At least they're free. Are you willing to spend some $$$ ? You didn't really say.
