Hi, I'm looking for any help regarding a new home theater system I just purchased. It's the sony dav fx-10 5 disc changer. Played my first disc in the machine a dvd+r (star wars episode three), movie played fine but can't eject disc. Display scrolls "please wait" forever then a code appears " C 31 00". The manual says the disc is inserted wrong ,to restart machine and eject. Unfortunately no luck. Any help that could be offered would be appreciated ten fold. I purchased the machine at foto connection in brooklyn, n.y for quite a bit of money below msrp.Did I get a lemon ? Hope not. Try turning the dvd player of at the mains unplug all the leads leave it for a few minutes plug back in and put back leads See if this helps Let me know
Thanks for the help. Tried that w/ sony customer service and no luck. Had to send out unit. later scott
