Sonys at it again , new protection

    Easy fix for this problem,
    I have backed it up 2 different ways, Movie only, AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 was successful, using Ripit4me, DVDDecrypter, FixVTS then CloneDVD2 backed up entire disk successfully,

    Using just CloneDVD2 and AnyDVD for the entire disk resulted in the looping problem described. It seems to get stuck on VTS VOB chapter 12.
    I think that Fix VTS takes care of the problem. This is the first movie I have found that AnyDVD and Clone DVD couldn't copy successfully, but I'm sure the next update will take care of it.

    That's strange that you used RipIt4Me because they claim to be coming out with a fix for this soon. As of now, they have not fixed this. Perhaps you could post your DebugLog.txt so the author might have a look at it.

    I understand a new version of anydvd came out today, but from what ive read so far, not sure it fixes Attack Force problem.
    Anyone have any luck with new version?

    i'm going to have to try out ripit4me sometime, haven't tried it yet as DVDFab Decrypter still has me under it's spell) :p

    their is an update that just happend 6.0.9.2 i too was stuck with the anti piracy warning thing and i couldnt get to the menu no fast foward no skip chapter. tyg02 anydvd 6.0.9.0 clonedvd2 2.9.0.1 i ust updated this version .9.2 and will update to see weather or not attack force ( stevan segal ) works or not

    @Creaky,
    always best to have more than one way to crack a nut at your disposal I guess. This is the first time that AnyDVD/CloneDVD2 haven't been able to crack a movie. I'm sure that they will have it by tomorrow for sure.

    - Added a more thorough removal for useless titlesets that are not the last ones. This should fix the problem with Attack Force. NOTE: for that DVD, to avoid crashing DVD Decrypter, it is important to uncheck the "Check for structure protection" option in DVD Decrypter (see below).
    - Removed override of "check for structure protection" in DVD Decrypter. If you get EAccessViolation errors when DVD Decrypter checks for structure protection, disable the "Check for structure protection" in Decrypter's settings.

    ok, does not work with the newest version of anydvd, and does not work with the newest version of fixit4me, to get just the main movie, these programs work, to get it with a working menu and extras.....no.
    hurry slysoft, before new movie tuesday comes around.

    ok i just attempted to copy attack force starting stevan segal with anydvd 6.0.9.2 and clonedvd2 2.9.0.1 and the process again went thro fine BUT the movie gets stuck reapeating it self from the WARNING SIGN to the FBI ANTI PIRACY sign .... so no fast fowarding or chapter skip or main menu works .... so for the first time ever i belive? anydvd and clonedvd2 failed to copy this movie ....

    You should try it buddy. It's pretty simple, free and awesome. Just follow either arnie's guide or my guide and you'll be fine. In addition, it works with Linux now.

    For those of you having trouble with "Lies and Alibis" getting the whole disk- menus and extras and all, try ripping the disk with Ripit4me and Decrypter, run thru fix VTS, then let CloneDVD2 do its job, trust me it works, haven't tried "Attack Force"
