Hi guys. I installed this card to hopefully use instead of just onboard ac-97. Now I can't get my front audio to work.(head phones) I'ved tried turning on and off the onboard to no avail. Is this even possible seeings that the onboard should be off to use a sound card and that the fact that f-audio is through my mobo? Any help/suggestions would greatly be appreciated. Thanks
im guessing that your front audio is probably linked direct to your motherboard and thats why it isnt working. you need to hook it up to the card itself
Thanks SypherTek. Unfortunately I'm out of luck. Idon't see any where to hook the f-audio up. It's a 9pin connector. There is a spot on the card that says ext audio, but the pins are plentyful. 15 or more. Thanks again..
