If you know the motherboard number (displayed on POST) you should be able to Google for the drivers.

You simply have to find the drivers for your particular machine. I know eMachines sucks but if you go to their site you can still type in your machine's model number and find the drivers...

You downloaded the wrong software then. If it was meant for your chip it would have worked...

What really surprises me, is that this is a fairly new PC with a fairly common audio chip. Yet Windows 7 didn't just automatically detct the driver and install it when you reformatted. I have never seen this before. It should have the driver built in, or know where to get it. Have you tried looking in Windows Updates?

Well i did like once and installed all updates and than my pc is getting slow (After format, i block updates) and so it's just slow down my PC and i format it and blocked updates... I formated my computer like less than 30 times and more than 20 times..... Like in 4 months! It's still not working... Should i take my things in the PC apart and put it back in or what? So what should i download or i need a Emachine Recovery thing to format to it original when i first got it? BTW idk what happen but the last time i format this computer there's no updates and barely any updates and it's for only things i install like silverlight and microsoft security :/ I click to view all my updates but i only see few updates that was installed and it's mostly for my security and silverlight amd microsoft security... The only two option i have is to take apart my PC and put it together or to format it to original state and i dont even know how to get into the Emachine Recovery Option...... (Im So Mad) Pissed...
