This goes for both audio and video. And it is really really bothering me. I reinstalled my mother board driver kit thing cuase it includes the audio (onboard audio). That didnt work at all...What is weird is I watched a movie off my external hard drive (usb 1.0), no sound problems at all. So what does this mean? Something wrong with my IDE cables or something or what? I found if I press the pause button the sound stops distorting, for about another 2 mins of course. Any ideas? I hope to avoid reformatting.
