I've read the tutorial and done everything as told but when I do a preview I just get a black screen. So I tried to start the conversion and stopped it after then seconds to see if I had picture there but nothing only sound. HELP PLEASE!?

Well I downloaded them but still nothing only sound. but when I play the movie with media player I get the subtitles without doing anything (with the divx) In the tutorial they say that's because of the plug in that doesn't have the wright position but it has.
hi. i have the same problem ! i can see the movie in any player and incode it without subtitles . but when i give my sub the same name (without the extention) and it is in the same directory i see a black screen when i'm trying to convert. can someone please help. thanks
If you got this off kazaa, then it probably has no video stream at all. kazaa is full of files like this!
