I downloaded a movie from Youtube and the sound speed seems fast, like a cartoon character, is there a way to slow it down

    Thank you

You have to change the pitch (without changing the running time).
Depending on the type of video (you didn't say), you open it with an audio editor like Audacity.
Use Effect > Change Pitch as you like it,then export the audio as a wav.
Now you have to replace the original audio with the new track.
You can generally do that using AviDemux or similar.

Run Audacity > Edit > Preferences > Libraries and download both plugins, then open the mp4.

    What does the error say.
Do you have any information as to the codecs used by the video and audio (MediaInfo can be used to find out).

Once the ffmpeg plugin has been downloaded and Audacity pointed to where it's located it should open the file.
Did you point to the folder location ('Locate...') it after downloading?

    Click the 'Preview' button.
If it's to your liking, click 'OK'.
If you mess up, click 'Edit' on the main screen and undo the change.
Click 'File' > 'Export Audio' and save as a wav.
