    Try this to start.

From 'Mistycat' Drag your file into the top window, highlight it and select "generate data".
In the lower window' highlight the audio and if anything other than 0 appears to the right, select "start" and in a minute or two you'll have a new file to use.
Output 'Settings' should be 'AVI';select a new name for the output file.

    Download and run VirtualDub.
Drag the file onto the window.
    Click 'Video' 'Frame Rate'.
If line one and line three are different, select line three radio button. (Change so video and audio durations match). and 'OK'

    Click 'Video' 'Direct Stream Copy'
    Click 'File' 'Save as AVI'.
Give it a new name and save the file, then check it.

Load the file, Click 'Audio' > 'Interleaving', insert a value in 'Audio skew correction' box.
If you estimate that the audio is lagging the video by one second, insert -1000 (minus 1000) 'OK'.
Click 'Video' 'Direct stream Copy' and save the file.
Note: abort the save and test the partial output - saves time..
Insert values until it's in sync and save again.
