For playback on the PC, try 'Media Player Classic'.
Click 'Play' 'Audio' 'Options' 'Audio Switcher'
Check the 'Audio Time Shift' box and insert a value.
If audio lags by two seconds enter -2000 (minus 2000).

Un-check this box before playing a good file - it remembers the last setting.

For a permanent solution, you could try loading the file into VirtualDub.
Click 'Audio' 'Interleaving' 'Audio Skew Correction' and enter the value.

Click 'Video' 'Direct Stream Copy' then 'File' 'Save as AVI'.

attar has given you the solution.

Use Media Player Classic, And your eyes and ears to work out the correct delay.

And then use virtualdub as instructed with the correct delay.

Which version of Virtualdub is it and when you give the new file a name and click 'Save', what happens.

Probably:if you can determine the delay, then try this method.

    http://www.alexander-noe.com/video/amg/AVI-Mux_GUI-1.17.7.zip

Drag your file into the top window, highlight it and select "generate data".
In the lower window' highlight the audio and if anything other than 0 appears to the right, select "start" and in a minute or two you'll have a new file to use.
If it doesn't show a delay, insert the delay that you calculated and see if it gives you a good file.
When the audio is behind the dialog, insert a negative number;if the audio leads the video, use a positive number.
