I am using Nero 7.0 to convert video files to DVD for stand alone DVD play. With some of the conversions I have noticed the sound has gone out of sink with the character in the movies speach. A bit like watching a movie with overdubbed sound speaking a diifferent language. Do you have any ideas of what might be causing this. Or is it a common problem with conversion to DVD ?. Thanks for your help X
When you convert your video files to dvd format, play the movie file and see or hear if audio is out of sync. If the audio sounds fine on your computer, you might be burning too fast. Tried burning on 4x with good quality media.
As stated above first make sure the video files you are converting are in synch. In casses that I have had audio synch problems with converting AVI to DVD in Nero was due to having Nero create chapters automaticly. So I will manuly put in chapter marks every 10 minutes. Since I have started doing that I havent had audio synch problems. So if your having nero automaticly put in chapters choose not to do it and do it manuly or no chapters at all and see if it will fix the audio synch problem.
