    HI
I want to clean my c drive but everytime i do i have to download sp4 and again and do a whole bunch of updates which is a pain. How can I back up Sp4 to a specified folder (second drive)? I know its simple but i'm not sure which files to use? i read the help tihng for sp4 and it didn't help at all!!!

I also want to know if the same is possible for mcAfee.
I downloaded mcAfee from comcast and it would be nice if i didnt have to do it again! but i cant find a setup file for it? It installed itself during the download.

    Thanks a bunch

I assume since you are talking about SP4, you are referring to Windows 2000? Windows XP is only up to SP2, but in either case you don't have to download either of them each time you go to use them for a fresh installation.

Read up on Google how to 'slipstream' service packs into the operating system disk.
