Hi everyone. I've recently downloaded some media files and am attempting to transfer them to dvd-r discs but am unaware of what file to convert them to. I had an mpeg file (60,000 kb) that i transferred to DVD format but turned into 2.1GB. Are there any other files that take up less space that still work if put onto dvd to watch on a standard dvd player? I have AVS Video Converter 4.3 that allows converting to avi, dvd, mp4, 3GP, mpeg, mov, wmv, rm, swf. Will this conversion software be applicable? Or should i look elsewhere? Or do i simply need to use DVD Shrink and make the files smaller?

    Many thanks for any help!

Go into Windows Explorer and see what filetype it is, if it matches one of the filetypes that AVS Video Converter 4.3 can accomodate then use that program, since it appears you have used it before.
