This may not solve your problem, but heres what I see in the log Your Nero is several versions behind, update from here http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe There are several versions of firmware for this drive, check for yours at this link http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_firmware.php?download_id=1780 I cant recall ever having seen this before so cannot help, try the updates and see how you go.
