Speed of reproduction is quick

I burn a DVD+R with the Pinnacle - Digital 8 camcorder to DVD. The movie into DVD play with window media player 10 but the Speed of reproduction is quick and the sound too. WMP10 have a command to speed reproduction(slow-normal and fast) but not work. Why the movie work fast and not normally?
The image of the movie is good but run fast?
Anyone can help me?

i think you are saying after converting a movie it plays/runs to fast?

if so go to: http://www.free-codecs.com and download K-LITE MEGA codec pack and install the lot!

then redo the movie!

The K-lite was instaled.In my home the wmp10 send me a message about codec.the same message. In my Job the movie play but quick in my home cannot play de movie.
With the Media classic in my home I play the movie but very very slow.The movie is freeze and without sound.
In Media classic I have this message:
warning the follwing pin(s) failed to find a filter.Audio switcherut
stream 1
Avi spliter
Media type 0
....look for coders on the net

it must need its own type codec for a windows media file? i would try updating through / via the media player software itself!

are you useing windows media player v10 ?

the codec download was made and instaled, but when I play de movie (It is in hard disk)the problem is the same - quick movie and sound.

Others codec I don't know, but tke K-lite was full instaled.

Now I make, at my job,a link with my DV Sony Camcorder and the PC.I used the movie maker and I have the video in a folder. The video ocuped 492MB and run perfectly with the wmp and media classic. The sound and image are good and without problem.
In my laptop the 22 minutes of movie ocuped more than 1GB with Santa 4.00 and with the pinnacle.Now the last work is burn the movie make with the movie maker in a DVD. I think that new DVD players run this format (wmp).
Is possible in my laptop a codec conflit? Is better eliminate all codec and install the K-lite codec pack? what you think?

The movie make in my Job run well in my notebook but if I try make the same movie in notebook it not run well. I have a conflit problem in my home computer(notebook).I will unistall all programs and and it install barely the necessary programs for rip, copy and record DVDs.
