Thinking of getting a new box seeing SV5 now a brick. Which of these boxes is the better and would I need to use BB. Is there any that don't need the BB signal which would enable viewing of 'all' channels.

the krypt is for cable and spider for satellite but niether will work without BB,but if you are getting one go for spiderbox with motorised dish then you get a choice of progs from 8 sats plus live sat 3pm kickoffs...it seems the safest choice in long run.
