Split 1 big mp3 file into cd tracks

I have mixed a load of songs with My Mix, the only problem is the tracks are in 1 big file. Is there anyway of spliting these into tracks so tracks can be skipped?.

you can also use splitters such as mp3 surgeon or mp3 splitter & joiner. if your album came with a .cue file, you can load that into these programs and it will automatically split up the album into the separate tracks.

I know how to split the tracks into several mp3 files, but I want the tracks to play mixed. I guess it would be like adding chapters to a DVD.
