I currently have a mixer with two 1/4 main outs (1 left and 1 right channel). Im looking for some type of device that will allow me to split the main out so i can output to two device without losing any gain to the two devices. I need this because i have a main out headphone jack on my mixer and i dont want to hear the audio out in my headphones from the mixer and it really be a lot higher in volume than want is truely going out to the two outputs since it will be split after going out of the mixer. thanks.

all you need is an audio distribution amplifier. any pro audio store will have them. you might have a hard time finding one with only two outputs. usually they are 1 in to 4 out and do audio and video. they are between 40 and 60 dollars.
