Hi, I am having difficulty in splitting big AVI files I download from net and burning as VCD. Can anyone recommend any free utility to split and encode it MPEG for burning as VCD. I was using some freeware for this, but all expired. Please advise. Also, if you have any free utility for converting from one format to another, please advise. Thanks.
