Splitting Chorus Signal to have a point in another room

Hi, I am a total newbie at this kind of stuff. I have Chorus Digital MMDS. I have multi room at the moment, but i have been told i should just cancel this and split the cable and have multi room without Monthly fee?

Has anyone done this? Is it hard? What kind of box do i need in the other rooms?

 

u have it split already, just cancel 2nd box and buy a dreambox/eurovox/starview etc or pay the basic subs and get ur cards modded

I was with you untill you said get your cards modded max? Im getting a box in the next two weeks. Are you saying i should cancel the multi room and get two boxes?

 

Hi u said u had multiroom to me that means u have 2 boxes (ie 1 in each room) so wat u could do is (1)keep basic package on both boxes get ur cards modded to give u full package (2) get rid of 1 box keep subs on other one and get it modded and in ur other room get a dreambox/starview etc. or (3)cancel all subs and get 2 boxes ie dreambox/starview/eurovox/dbox and have free channels. hope this helps u make a decision

Hi there, I am in the same situation with having multi room.What does modded mean though? I have the basic package subscription.
