Such a simple idea, but I can't find a program that will allow me to split an .mp4 file into several smaller .mp4 files. I searched the forums, but no luck, unless my wordplay was wrong. Any help is greatly appreciated.
The only program i can think of off the top of my head is Mpeg Streamclip. It does show that it will work with .mp4 files so maybe it might do what you want.
see if the free avidemux can split those files. It can open avi and mp4 files with no problems. It should be able to split them without reencoding them.
