Ok so I converted my movie from avi to mpg and now I'm trying to split in 2 so I can burn in on 2 cd's but after I split it, the first file was good and I already recorded it but the second one wasn't, I can't even open it..... i know that i need to encode it but how, i mean what program should I use and where can I get it......
ok what did you use to split the mpg file? and what did you use to convert the avi to mpg.you can get dvtool here to split the mpg..http://www.afterdawn.com/software/video_software/video_tools/dv-tool.cfm
hey i think i know what the problem is. the same thing happened to me my first try. make sure the sys header box is checked in the options. that fixed the problem for me.
