H, i`m very much a newbie so some help on splitting avi files etc would be great, i`ve learnt how to encode but files are still too big,have tried some splitters but each time i`m told to download more splitters that fit the format?????????, big time confused.HELP ME.

For Splitting AVI Files all you need is Virtual Dub......for splitting Mpeg files you can use the "Mpeg Tools" in Tmpgenc which should work, but if not you can use a Mpeg2 cutter called "Chopper XP" I think it is freeware and another one Just For Mpeg2 like SVCD"s and DVD"s is called "Mpeg2Cut"...._X_X_X_X_X_[small]It"s better to be Pissed Off than Pissed On!!![/small]
