OK now ive followed numerous sites on how to remove spy falcon from your computer and thus far theyved work, but the quick launch icon remains, it'll will only direct me towards spyfalcon.com or whatever, since i tried it with my modem shut off. I have no clue on how to remove the annoying thing. please help!

(Some antiviruses recognises process.exe as a malware. It is not malware, it is a program that stops processes)
