Can one immunize a different hard drive, other that the one with the operating system on? I have alot of download stuff on a large, seperate hardrive. It'd be nice to have that immunized, but do not think it's possible. Thx
First, you immunize your Computer not just the drives. This prevents the installation of many so-called spyware, adware and malware programs by disabling the CLSIDs of popular spyware ActiveX controls, and also prevents the installation of any of them via a webpage by placing URL’s and addresses of bad programs and sites in the Restricted Zone of your browser.. Some good programs for this are: SpywareBlaster, SpyBot S&D (immunize) and Advanced SystemCare (Security Defense). In order to clean your drives and keep them clean, scan them with your AntiVirus program and do a complete scan with MalwareBytes’ AntiMalware and SuperAntiSpyware at least once a week. 2oG
