SpywareGuard or AVG Anti Spyware

    I just wondered if you could give me your opinion on which is the better choice, javacool software SpywareGuard or AVG Anti Spyware and is it wise or safe to have SuperAntiSpyware or Spyware Doctor installed with these programs, thanx.

    I agree with Chris, I use AVG free, then run Spybot & Adaware once a month on 2 laptops and a desktop all running off speedtouch wireless. This also gives me a good firewall running level 1 security.
    But I cant stress enough if you use P2P sites check file size before download in other words for music it wont be under 1mb, movies 500+mb for AVI. As an extra measure anything I do download I right click on file and scan with AVG.

    i'm using AVG anti spyware,ad ware SE personal , and spybot as anti spyware.those are the best for me...
