.ssa to .srt?

    I'm going to burn a DVD (about to convert .avi to dvd file), but my subtitles are .ssa , not .srt ...but the coverter accepts .srt and .txt, which I dont have.

    Any idea on how to convert .ssa to .srt ??

    btw.. I'm going to use avi2dvd as the converter

    My friend recomended VirtualDub...would that work??

    edit:: mm..Mods, if this is posted on a wrong forum PLEASE move it for me.. I just relized that I posted in wrong place...sorry
