Stairview box

Hi my stairview box is not working.The channels come up scrambled or bad channel .I keep re-scaning but no channels appear .What can I do? Thanks.

 

hope you are not in ireland east part anyway try this on your remote press menu then input the numbers 1570 a new menu will come on screen. what you have to do is go to nagrivision and select your provider press ok and exit,then turn on emu and go to set default and press ok.exit back to t.v and go to s.. sp...s and it will update.

 

Thanks but I am in the east part of Ireland .I tried it but it keeps coming up scrambled or bad channel.

 

We need to know what SV box you have & who your provider is, n*l or ch**us.
Press menu > system info on the remote & tell us what it says please.

If this is the box you have & you are on n*l Ireland, then you wont get any channels as 99% of channels have moved to nagra 2.
