star view 3 no picture or sound

    hi guys am a newbie and avent a clue about this type of stuff so i hope you guys can be a bit understanding thanks,well i have just purchased a starview 3, and connected to the tv, am with VIRGIN,i have set box up and all am getting is terrestial tv channels,and all the other channels no picture or sound ,hope you can help guys thanks.

    from blank screen press menu 1.5.7.0 into next menu go down see if emu is turned on if its off flick across with right arrow to turn on then just exit exit

    when i press menu the main menu comes up with insallation on it and when i press the numbers you gave me nothing happens am sorry about bothering you but you would be a great help if you could help me sought this out thanks.

    heres another way go into parental control go down to second pin put in 1668 it should bring you into that menu were key emu is
