star view digital receiver password.

    hi everyone.
    hope someone can help.
    i have just bought a star view digital receiver and all my channels are muddled up so i have tried to put them in order but everytime i press menu to do it it asks for a 4 digit password. can anyone please help.

    i have tried this but for some reason it is only letting me put in 3 digits.
    could you please talk me through how to do it.
