i do not know the first thing to do about trying to down load from my computer to my star view box. i am like a young kid i dont how to begin can any of yuo brillyent chaps help an idot like please

Try a manual scan on the affected chennels if you don't want to do a Factory Re-Set and fresh Installation. From Setanta 1 - Menu - Installation OK and then down to Manual Scan OK the frequency you have just come from will be in Down Frequency - just Press OK and it will scan that frequency, (When Finished it will show how many channels have been found) exit to Main Menu - you don't say what you have SV 1.2.3 so assuming you have 1 or 2, then you will have to re-order your channels in Channel Edit and delete the non workin channel. If that does not bring your Setanta 1 back then it has to be a Factory Re-Set etc.
