I've been away since early july. This is the first time I've had to change them and I'm stuck in the language menu. ok or exit don't have any effect. Any thoughts? Appreciate your help

 

Are you trying a frequency fix?

 

I was going to try the codes first and then the frequency fix if that doesn't work. Maybe I'll try the frequency fix first as I don't seem to be able to go anywhere else.
