star view setenta 2 solution - new freq

not sure if u solved problem with setanta 2 and more 4 and other channels 385.000 not working put put tv on unencrypted channel(rte2 works in ireland) and carried out amanual scan using freq 387000.
channel may not replace the one alredy there so go check the end of the all list

Sorry to butt in ... Set 2 hasnt got a new freq and was always at 387500 , thanks for the info and if ya need a list of Freq for N*L Ireland , they can be found here

all my channels on that frequency where freezing on my star view so i checked my eurovox max and it was coming in on the frequency 387000
. Abc and more four and one r two others

 

just checked there not working on that frequency now but they where last night and there was no strenght in 385000 signal when i typed it in to the manual scan. i checked the signal bar at end of screen obefore i hit enable, it was 0 for 385, and strong for 387 last night why was this

 

hey boys just to throw something else into the pot too my ppv footie channel is of along with other channells eg celtic tv and dare i mention the dark side and chelsea tv gone too any ideas the freq numbers seem to match up but scrambeld or bad channel is what im gettin

 

Hi, does anyone know whay i have lost sky sports 1 and 3 this morning? Everything else is still working fine. I am in manchester and scan on EXC&W... any help would be much appreciated! x

There is no more PPV football as all the games are now on Sly Sports and Setant**.

Are you talking about Setan** Sport 1, not sure about replay, but for the Starview, try a manual scan at 307.000. Check the bottom of you channel list it should be there.

If that does not work, try this:

1 Menu
2 Factory settings
3 type in code ( 0000)
4 press ok. this will delete channels.
5 Installation
6 Change provider (Eg n*L etc)to which ever one used in your area.
7 autoscan ( when it says *** channels found , exit back out all the way until u are back at the scrambled/no signal 'tv' screen)
8 Hit menu again
9 go into parental control
10 press info on remote and type in 2004
11 new screen appears , change EMU to on


Exit out to view.

Hiya Celt in the middle of watching the game came on for a minute to make sure everyone had Setan** one back so they could watch the game and guess what I am staill here

 

I noticed that lol , I didnt get a chance to pop in before the game , watching it now myself

 

setanta one is there but it comes up on epg as xtra but nothing there epg is on it n** area just cant understand it oh my chelsea and celtic and darkside footie channels are gone too

 

Getting a bit cross eyed doing this and watching the game

Menu > User Setup > Go down to Time Setting and set the time >
Go accross and Time Zone = GMT + 01.00 >
Current Time = AUTO > Summer Time = ON >
Oress Ok then Exit , Exit
