hi,can anyone help me,i accidently put the code in the factory settings screen. i cant access parental control or channel edit in the menu now and im unable to get outta the menu screens????

 

you need to scan for channels because you did a factory reset you deleted all your channels.

 

tried scanning for channels a couple of times but its comin back 0 found

 

make sure you have the cable in the cable input then try all the providers.
