star view2- HELP!!

the problem with my box is that up until a few days ago it was working fine, but now only the free channnels such as bbc are workin, as for the other channels it says on my tv screen 'data is being updated...'

any help!!

of course Noely. I mean. It's important that they have other people fix their issues. Issues I might add that are bringing their world down around their ears.
What better way for them to do this than to blindly ignore anything written anywhere on the site and tell us that they are having the same problems the rest of us have had and they need us to drop everything and break the forum rules to fix it for them?
