    some of the chanels are showing TV number only and not the chanel name also the chanel is not coming in it is showing (Bad or Scrambled) i have tried switching off the box and have also tried the EMU but to no avail can you help thanks

    since you dont state where u are, just factory reset and re-scan on your provider

    Ok, what you need to do, is check which firmware you are on, you need to be running V7 on SV3, if you have this on your box already, then just facory reset and re-scan on NTHELL, once done, put the box in standby and then back on, this fixes the channels into their correct headings
