Starbox says "scrambled or bad channel"

it started yesterday . used to always update itself if there was any problem. dont know what to do. can you please help?

from blank screen Press menu then 1.5.7.0 and go down to key emu flick across to on then exit exit .

 

Did that already.. also tried turning box off for a minute and reinstalling, all to no avail so far. I am still getting my NTL channels but no digital.

 

go back in to that menu and go down to set default key press ok and exit back out and have u got the cable wire in cable input and scart in bottom slot make sure u have and are you getting a signal when you scan

losing certain channels. film 4
some music channels and sport channels. any one know whats happening.
