Hello all. I just have a couple questions. I bought an xbox with a mod chip and it seems to have a 30g HD in it. Now i have 2 extneral hd's both 250 gigs.

I would like to swap one of those hd's for the 30 gig in my xbox so that i can hold more games in my xbox.

    Is this possilbe?

And if so. how do i need to format the hd i am planning on putting into the xbox and do i need any software to install on it for the xbox to reconzie it or to get my dashboard back?..

I am really newb at this and would like as muhc help as you can give me.

Thanks a lot ahead of time

follow that guide. But i would use Slayer 2.7 as that is the newest version. You can get it at isohunt
Should be very simple install even for a noob. If it makes you feel better i had a friend write that guide for me when i first got my Xbox so i could slap a 300GB hard drive in it.
Just make sure the drive is on the compatibility list an is an IDE style and not an SATA
