yeah i came across this it is very annoying although i have a box which is a starview clone , i was lucky enough i got a broken box of my brother and changed out the power card and have no problem since i noticed caul said if it was two pin or three pin they should not be shipped out with two pin plugs if polarity is a problem, although the switch at the back of the box would be pointless if its backwards because its switching neutral on/off instead of the live now that i think about it yeah probably what happened to mine originally you also have no earth connection anywhere in the box not very safe a lot of eddie current and static build up maybe a suggestion to let everybody know from now on to change plugs from two pin to three pin. for safty switvhing if nothing else
