starveiw 5 usb

    Hi can anyone help just got starview 5 usb weekend. setup and installed firmware v2.03 scanned got most channels but lots of film and sports missing from normal cable service how do i find these also when put firmware on usb it shows as vlc file and two folders inside are empty is this correct.
