starveiw hd combo problem

hi please can anyone help me i have a starview hd combo and got 1 years sub but while am watching after 20mins it gets dissconected then i have to go to ip setup press apply and then it reconnects and then waits 20 mins and dose it again can any tell me what this is or how i can sort this

i have 3 combo's running in my house never had that problem im still using the carling f531 firmware so like mickah said contact ur s*rver and find out if its there end u can also try getting a test from another 1 to make sure not ur end but i cant see it

 

could there be a lan error going on a.nd a reboot of all network units
