starveiw3 the box super

can anyone help got a starview 3 the box super been working great up to today but cant get all the channels anymore seemes they have been re scrambeled what can i do to get all the channels back im on virgin media

 

what's showing on the tv?is it data is being updated?or bad or scrambled channel?

 

sorry for not geting back to you it sayes bad or scrambeled channels

 

press menu - type 1570 and tap down to the EMU at the end and tap across and turn to ON, press exit and exit again out to a channel

 

Hi Mick would you have any input in relation to this thread SV4 problem As its new to market and I like yourself have not had this problem along with many others.

 

cheers that sorted it will virgin try to scrambel the channels

 

They will from time to time but it will auto update for you.

The box will do it for you with the latest firmware installed, don't worry.
