Starview 1 firmware problem

    Hi, I have had a starview 1 box for a couple of years and I successfully loaded new firmware ver 7, and when the keys changed it automatically updates the box and I don't have to enter new keys. However I have bought a new starview 1 box and done exactly the same and it won't auto update, any ideas?

    Put the crypstar 2.57 bin on the st@rview 1.

    Menu > 1570
    Turn key emu on
    Set default key > press ok
    Exit to s*y sports & let it update.

    i hope u only flashed it with starview 1 firmware and not box super what vers is on ur box now?

    Howya cacti, i told him to flash it with the 2.57 just to be on the safe side.
