try the first link in my signature area and choose starview, choose the most recent firmware for your box .if the latest firmware is the same as whats in your box there is not much you can do .try a factory setting and rescan for channels and switch on emu. if your not aware of the nagra 3 situation you need to read a few threads on the subject on this thread ,i would start with (nagra3 where we stand )posted by mickah.
all you can do is update your firmware (if an update exists) that box is much older than others so other than an update all you can try is a rescan or a factory reset. after that well its pay or cardsharing sorry mate .
